We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing key contractual relationships and performance outcomes between us and our contractors.
This is a permanent role that provides contract management support across our operations. It is offered on a flexible roster at our corporate office.

Key Responsibilities- Manage key contractual relationships and performance outcomes.
- Identify and create opportunities for cost reduction and value-add in all agreements entered into on behalf of our company and its related entities.
- Lead negotiations and provide input into the development, implementation and management of contracts.
- Develop and ongoing management of key spend categories within an assigned contract portfolio per our category management framework and company policies/procedures.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to review and develop category management strategies.
- Compile agreement documentation, recommendations for award and manage variations.
- Manage contractor relationships with a view to minimising commercial risk.
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Law or related discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the industry.
- A proven track record in developing and managing a broad range of goods, services and works contracts, including forming sourcing strategies, tendering, adjudication, negotiation, award and ongoing commercial management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- SAP Ariba and SAP MM experience highly regarded.
