  • Driving continuous improvement across service quality, safety, and operational performance.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with airline partners and ensuring seamless operations across customer service and ramp functions.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, free from bullying, discrimination, and harassment.
  • Achieving operational KPIs including on-time performance, baggage handling, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Ensuring safe working practices through proactive OH&S leadership and risk management.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven leadership experience in aviation or a similar fast-paced operational environment.
  • A strong background in ramp operations and supervisory functions.
  • Excellent organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge of airline handling manuals, dangerous goods, and compliance requirements.
  • Skilled in managing emergency response procedures and maintaining security standards.
  • A collaborative leader who inspires, motivates, and develops teams to achieve excellence.
  • Composed under pressure with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
