Key Roles of an Airport Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to manage daily operations, supervise and train staff, and collaborate with the Venue Manager on all aspects of venue management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and successfully execute shifts while training, supervising, and motivating Food & Beverage Attendants to provide exceptional service.
  • Record sales, handle banking, and resolve discrepancies to maintain smooth and profitable operations.
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to ensure optimal staffing levels align with activity in the store.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks when necessary.

Necessary Skills:

  • Prior experience in a Food & Beverage role, preferably with leadership or supervisory experience.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and guide a team.
