Caregiver for Elderly and People with Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and caring Aged Care and Disability Support worker to join our team at Right at Home. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
Main Responsibilities
As a Care Worker, your duties may include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Offering social support and companionship to our clients
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Assisting with medication and medical appointments
- Providing domestic assistance and household management
- Transporting clients to appointments and shopping
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services
- A valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
- A satisfactory Australian National Police Check
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients
