About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and caring Aged Care and Disability Support worker to join our team at Right at Home. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Main Responsibilities

As a Care Worker, your duties may include:
  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Offering social support and companionship to our clients
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Assisting with medication and medical appointments
  • Providing domestic assistance and household management
  • Transporting clients to appointments and shopping

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • A valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
  • A satisfactory Australian National Police Check
  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients
