This full-time role offers an attractive remuneration package of $85,421.81 per annum (CSW4.1), plus superannuation and other benefits. As a Disability Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in building relationships with people with disabilities, their families, and carers.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced professional who can deliver program-wide strategies to engage communities and drive inclusive change. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing person-centred approaches to build capacity in individuals and communities.
  • Drafting and delivering community capacity building projects to meet community needs.
  • Developing strategic relationships with stakeholders to achieve client outcomes.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A qualification in Disability, Community Development, Education, or Human Services.
  • High-level communication skills, including written and verbal abilities.
  • The ability to adapt to changing community needs and priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience working in the human services sector.
  • Strong decision-making skills, including analysing need and measuring risk.
