Job Title: Mobile Banker

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mobile Banker to join our team. As a Mobile Banker, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering personalized mortgage solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and networking within the mortgage lending sector. They will be able to build relationships and deliver tailored lending solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

  • You will achieve and exceed home loan sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall business growth.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities through existing networks and strategic partnership events.
  • Manage the complete loan process from application to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Promote a range of mortgage products and services, identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies in all lending activities.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in the mortgage industry, including handling home loan applications and settlements.
  • Proven track record in business development and networking within the mortgage lending sector.
  • Strong customer service skills, with experience in providing personalized lending advice.
  • Familiarity with home loan products, credit policies, and responsible lending practices.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple loan applications simultaneously.
