Our organization seeks a skilled Credit Analyst to assist in the mortgage broking process. The successful candidate will work closely with brokers and lenders to facilitate smooth loan submissions and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in CRM systems.
- Utilize aggregator software to streamline loan submissions and manage workflow effectively.
- Collaborate with lenders to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues during the loan process.
- Assess clients' borrowing capacities using lenders' servicing calculators and ensure loan submissions meet regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in mortgage broking or a related field.
- Excellent communication and client rapport building skills.
- Knowledge of lender policies, loan products, and credit standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
