Production Leadership Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

  • Lead the production schedule to meet key performance indicators, customer turnaround times, and ensure efficient throughput while minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance coordination.
  • Manage production process control, including sampling, analysis, and adjustments.
  • Oversee quality processes to minimize post-process dressing and ensure compliance with quality assurance systems through operator training.
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to meet customer delivery, quality, and design expectations.
  • Enforce safe work practices, investigate incidents and near-misses, and ensure all safety and environmental events are reported in the business system.
  • Support operator performance management, timekeeping, and conduct disciplinary actions where needed.
  • Train staff in quality and safety procedures.
  • Ensure routine tasks such as bath monitoring, production recording, and schedule adherence are executed accurately and consistently.
  • Monitor labor and consumable usage, recommending cost-saving initiatives and ensuring waste is minimized.
  • Act as interim operations manager when required, maintaining safety and production continuity.
