Business Operations Specialist

  • Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to support and assist the Clinical and Nursing Directors in managing the business operations of Women's and Children's Services.

  • The successful applicant will work collaboratively within a dynamic team, leveraging strategic planning, procurement management, contract management, financial and non-financial operations expertise.

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Provide business advice on strategy, resource allocation and budget performance to Clinical and Nursing Directors and other stakeholders.
    2. Act as key liaison for overall business management, including financial management, statistical analysis, budgeting and performance monitoring.
    3. Support procurement processes, contract management and financial operations for Department of Health services.

  • Requirements:

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
    • Strong business acumen and passion for healthcare.
