Job Title

We are seeking a leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our quarry. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to drive the success of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ultimate responsibility for safety performance and environmental compliance of the site
  • Driving production targets and quality control
  • Providing leadership and team management
  • Managing plant and operational improvements

About You:

  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Experience with budgeting, financial analysis and cost management
  • Relevant experience in quarry operations or related field
  • Proven experience in leadership and project management
  • Strong leadership attributes including good people management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and build rapport with stakeholders from various functions
