Key Responsibilities:- Mobility and functional assessments are a crucial part of this role, ensuring that clients receive accurate and comprehensive evaluations.
- Effective case management of Workplace Rehabilitation return to work services is essential for successful client outcomes.
- Ergonomic, Workplace and Functional Assessments play a vital role in identifying and mitigating workplace hazards.
- In addition to these responsibilities, other physical assessments may be required to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
- Managing a caseload of allocated clients requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Completing reports and assessments within time frames is critical for maintaining efficient workflows.
- Staying up-to-date with confidential client files and records using our online case management system is vital for delivering high-quality service.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have a degree in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy, full registration with AHPRA, and experience working in NDIS or Aged Care or Workplace Rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will also possess a positive attitude, show initiative, and be willing to work collaboratively as part of a team.
