About the RoleAs an occupational rehabilitation specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments to identify barriers to recovery and developing tailored return-to-work plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough functional, ergonomic, and home assessments to pinpoint areas for improvement
- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans, ensuring close collaboration with key stakeholders and accurate record-keeping
- Foster strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other critical parties to drive successful outcomes
- Participate in business development activities, including networking and identifying new opportunities
To excel in this role, ideal candidates will possess tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Psychology, as well as full registration with AHPRA or ESSA, unrestricted Australian working rights, and a current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
This role offers a competitive salary of $75,000 - $110,000 + Super, laptop and smartphone provided, performance-based bonuses tied to meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
