Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Management Professional to lead our back-of-house operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in inventory control, ensuring efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Integrity: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, identifying and addressing discrepancies promptly.
  • Stock Flow Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to optimise stock movement, reducing lead times and increasing productivity.
  • Shrinkage Reduction: Identify and address areas of high shrinkage, implementing measures to prevent theft and loss.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
  • Able to lead by example, deliver top-tier customer service, and train staff members effectively.
