Lead Accounting Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Accounting Professional to drive our accounting services team forward in Western Sydney. As a key member of our accounting services division, you will be responsible for delivering high-end bespoke accounting solutions to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles and tax laws, with experience in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory submissions. You will also exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced accounting and advisory services to a diverse client base.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory reports.
  • Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with clients.
  • Lead client engagements and mentor junior staff members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and MS Office Suite.
