Job Title: Senior Financial Services Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Services Professional to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a quality business services firm located in the City CBD and Parramatta.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client engagements (working on a range of advisory, tax planning and compliance matters)
- Supervise the day-to-day assignments (ensuring staff are aware of their responsibilities, allocate work, review work, coordinate workflow to ensure maximum outcomes, mentor and train staff)
- Meet with clients and engage with a range of stakeholders
- Work on client assignments as instructed by the Principal
- Participate in practice development and attend management functions
To be successful in this role, you must have previous business services and client facing experience. You MUST have 5-years' experience at a senior level within an Australian public practice. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to Build and leading your team
- Highly developed technical skills in producing financial reports for companies, partnerships and trusts, be able to take work from end to end as a compliant piece of work, reviewing work and undertake research projects, liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
- Proficiency with technology and a range of accounting software systems
- Ability to take ownership and pride in the work and tasks that you complete
- Completion of relevant accounting degree qualified and CA designation
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $135,000 depending upon your skills and experience. Additional bonus structures are in place to recognize your performance and commitment to the role.
