This is an exciting opportunity to drive transformative change in the Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) service system. We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Policy and Projects Professional to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize existing DFV program and service responses, developing new response service models where needed
  • Investigate, optimize and reform DFV responses across the justice system, specialist support services for DFV victim-survivors and inter-agency DFV responses such as Safer Pathway
  • Improve key service enablers, including information sharing, risk assessment and referrals

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Significant experience in policy and reform development and implementation, project management and program management
