- Deliver evidence-based restorative justice services, ensuring sensitivity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with victims, offenders, and their support networks, facilitating access to relevant services.
- Collaborate with staff and managers to provide expert guidance on restorative justice principles, driving respectful and compassionate service delivery.
- Balance competing needs and rights, ensuring a sensitive and professional approach to complex matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and employ high emotional intelligence when managing confidential information and diverse participant needs.
- Promote restorative justice initiatives across the agency, supporting referrals through engagement and outreach efforts.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and documentation to inform service delivery and program development.
This position requires a deep understanding of restorative justice principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including victims, offenders, and community members.
