Job Opportunity

We have multiple 12 month fixed term positions available for experienced Data Cleanse Professionals to support a major data cleansing project.

The role duties include:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data sets required for migration into SAP S4/HANA, including Customer, Product and Vendor plus associated production and sales related data.
  • Collaborating with Business Unit SMEs, Data Quality Teams and Project Team Members to source and correct errors in data required for migration.
  • Utilizing data cleansing worksheets and related tool sets to capture cleansed data for migration.
  • Identifying and analyzing cleansing opportunities.
  • Assisting the Data Quality Team to facilitate the accurate comparison of different sets of data (e.g. Customer Nos, GST Nos, addresses etc.).

These roles are suited to individuals from an administrative background, preferably with some exposure to finance systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Requirements
  • Experience in Excel is necessary and SAP knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Once fully on-boarded, flexible work arrangements may be considered.

These roles will be ongoing, 12 month fixed term contracts and will accrue annual and sick leave.
