Job Title: Data Governance Specialist

Visy Logistics is seeking a seasoned data governance professional to lead the establishment and management of our master data framework across diverse business operations.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for an expert to develop and maintain a comprehensive master data governance framework, incorporating systems like Ramco, CargoWise, ContainerChain, and more.
  • The ideal candidate will lead a team of analysts, driving continuous improvement in data quality and processes through strategic guidance and support.
  • The selected individual will be responsible for managing master data requests, overseeing data cleansing and remediation efforts, and defining data standards, validation rules, and KPIs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • This role also involves driving initiatives to automate the creation and maintenance of master data, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

To succeed in this position, the successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills to drive the team forward, providing expertise, guidance, and training as required. The ideal candidate will have experience working with TMS, WMS, ERP, and freight forwarding systems, with a deep understanding of data management best practices.
