Data Management Specialist

This is a critical role where you will be responsible for the effective management of engineering master data in SAP, supporting various aspects of our manufacturing site.
Your Responsibilities- Data Management: Manage and maintain engineering master data in SAP (Assets, PM schedules, Calibration, Materials).
- Data Cleansing and Transformation: Perform data cleansing, transformation, and uploads using tools like LSMW.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Respond to service requests and troubleshoot system issues.
- System Testing and Support: Conduct system testing and support upgrades or fixes.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making.
- Training and Development: Deliver training to new users and support continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure data quality and compliance with GMP and regulatory standards (TGA, FDA, EMEA).
- Educational Background: Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Science, or 3+ years in a similar technical role.
- Professional Experience: 2–5 years' experience in engineering data, maintenance systems, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- SAP Experience: Strong SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred); LSMW desirable.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or QlikSense.
- Quality Systems: Understanding of GMP/cGMP and quality systems in regulated environments.
- Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
