Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a senior-level professional to spearhead our audience analysis initiatives and drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will possess in-depth expertise in data analytics, survey design, and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive research strategies to inform business decisions
  • Design and analyze surveys to gather insights on audience behavior and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into marketing campaigns and product development
  • Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis and interpretation
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in audience research, marketing analytics, or a related field
  • Strong quantitative research skills, including survey design, data visualization, and statistical modeling
  • Experience with industry-standard tools such as Q, Alchemer, SPSS, Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, and social media insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
