Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Audience Insights Analyst to join our team. This role plays a critical part in advancing key audience data initiatives by supporting data maintenance, analysis, and visualisation.

This position requires the ability to enhance training, optimise schedules, manage critical data processes, and drive strategic audience insights while fostering effective team communication.

The ideal candidate will work with multiple datasets and platforms to contribute to business impact.

About the Role
  • Train team members on analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Conduct business-as-usual analyses to support decision-making.
  • Develop and update dashboards to streamline data access and insights.
  • Collaborate on strategic data scraping projects.
  • Optimise campaign solutions using audience data.
  • Analyse audience data to aid portfolio and trading optimisation.
  • Provide training support to enhance the team's analytics capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot sales-related audience issues.
  • Support audience measurement system software and data testing.
  • Identify discrepancies in site class maintenance and process changes.
  • Analyse the impact of Audience Measurement system data updates.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners like OMA and Fusion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in a data analyst role.
  • Experience with data management via SQL or Excel.
  • Strong experience with data analysis and Excel formulas.
  • Exposure to coding and ETL practices.
  • Experience with data visualisation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Relevant educational background.
  • Experience in media strongly regarded.
