Project Engineering Opportunities
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to oversee the engineering and delivery of fit-out and finishing works on a major brownfield rail station project.
This is a mid-senior level position that requires a minimum of 5 years' site-based construction experience, with a degree-qualified civil engineer or equivalent. The successful candidate will have extensive fit-out construction experience and preferably experience in rail station upgrades or commercial buildings.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, methodical when it comes to planning and preparation, and able to effectively manage subcontractors and develop work packs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of fit-out blockwork, services fire/water/hvac, waterproofing, trades, etc.
- Planning, programming, coordinating trades, managing subcontractors and developing work packs.
