About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Urban Development team.

This role offers the chance to work on diverse, high-impact projects and contribute your expertise in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality civil design solutions across a range of projects.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and preparation of fee proposals.
  • Undertake detailed civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, landscape architects, and other engineers at project meetings.
  • Support project management activities, including scheduling and reporting.
  • Assist with bids, proposals, and other business development initiatives.
  • Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes and delivery.
What We Need From You:
  • A degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with relevant accreditation.
  • 4+ years' experience in civil design for land development, brownfield projects.
  • Solid technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of relevant guidelines and standards.
  • Familiarity with brownfield projects, water environments, and water resource management.
  • Proficiency in civil design software such as Auto CAD, 12 D, Drains, Microsoft Project.
  • Experience in QA processes and design reviews.
