**The Role**

We are seeking a Graduate Town Planner with 0 - 3 years’ experience, to join our Planning and Design Team in Melbourne. As a member of our team, the successful applicant will work closely with our Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Transport Advisory, Engineering and Project Management teams across the full project life cycle from project feasibility through to delivery. You will be involved in a diverse range of statutory and strategic planning for Masterplan Communities, Capital Works Programs, Infrastructure, Government and Urban projects

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting with planning scheme amendments
- Strategic planning projects
- Planning feasibility studies
- Provision of planning advice and expertise for large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects as well as smaller planning investigations and design projects

**About You**
- Degree qualification in Planning or relevant qualifications to satisfy the requirements for Corporate Membership with the Planning Institute of Australia
- 0 - 2 years statutory planning experience
- CAD skillset
- Exposure to managing and coordinating the planning component of greenfield, urban and infrastructure projects
- Understanding of urban planning and urban design concepts
- Understanding of Victoria’s planning codes, standards and systems
- Experience with planning issues and their resolution
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
