Job Title: Urban Development Specialist

A senior Urban Development Specialist is required to join our organization, contributing to the creation of a single integrated network accessible to everyone. As an integral part of our Land Management team, you will be responsible for providing accurate, consistent, and timely information regarding road infrastructure and related activities on and around the state-controlled road network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure community members and stakeholders receive accurate, consistent, and timely information about road infrastructure and related activities.
Qualifications
  • Experience in providing specialist town planning and development assessment advice.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practice of Planning Policy according to Town Planning legislation, processes, and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines.
  • A Degree in Town Planning or an acceptable equivalent from the Planning Institute of Australia.
