Urban Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Development Specialist to join our team on the Gold Coast.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need experience in providing specialist town planning and development assessment advice.
  • You should have a strong understanding of Planning Policy and legislation, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work under tight deadlines.
  • A Degree in Town Planning or another relevant profession acceptable by the Planning Institute of Australia is essential.

Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring members of the community and key stakeholders receive accurate and timely information about road infrastructure and related activities on the state-controlled road network.
