The Role

This position is accountable for contributing to a high-performing team by executing and delivering control systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing an operational plan over 1-3 years to support strategic objectives
  • Contributing to the execution of In-Network Fixed Cost commercial strategy relating to Super Centre and Fixed Cost network performance
  • Maintaining a systems-thinking approach across insured and third-party cost pools
  • Executing the Motor Assessing Operational plan
  • Maintaining repair quality and mitigating repair rectification
  • Controlling repair duration within the repair network
  • Ensuring motor repairer network compliance with contracted controls
  • Maximising performance of Network repairers through supply performance management strategy
  • Managing capacity and booking availability for customers into the repair network
  • Sustaining strong stakeholder engagement across the motor repair network
  • Driving effective customer communication using Audawatch system

Requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding of strategic execution in Motor insurance claims related to motor assessing and repair industry
  • Technical knowledge with experience on IBody and Audanet
  • Working knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements in Insurance industry
  • Self-motivation with ability to work autonomously managing competing priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
