Job Title: Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and programming control systems for truck-mounted elevated work platforms.

  • Designing wiring and integrating it with hydraulic systems.
  • Creating programs for machine movements and function cuts.
  • Designing and programming screens for control interfaces.
  • Programming and integrating control systems for EWPs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPU programming, automation, and electronics, as well as experience with state-of-the-art technology in the heavy equipment industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and program CPU-based control systems for EWPs.
  • Design and integrate embedded systems for automation and control functions.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers and technicians to ensure control systems meet operational requirements.
  • Write and test software for electronic control units (ECUs).
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing control systems.
  • Perform simulations and prototype testing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety standards.
  • Create technical documentation.
  • Provide support and training to the maintenance team.
