Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer service as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and stakeholders. The incumbent will resolve client enquiries, provide information and options in accordance with policy and procedures.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating regional events, including group treatment and educative programs, internal meetings, and community-based events.
  • Deliver correspondence both internally and externally related to client allocations, referrals, appointments, and service satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience in a similar Administration, Customer Service, Receptionist role.

You will require a strong background in supporting service delivery within a mental health, health, community service, and or a government environment.

A strong written and verbal communication experience is essential.

Candidates must currently hold or be able to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration and a Working with Children check.
