Team Lead for Client-Centered Services

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will coordinate and oversee the delivery of high-quality client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate services, working in conjunction with senior management to ensure effective service delivery.
- Monitor client outcomes and service effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.
- Ensure services are provided within guidelines.
- Contribute to growth efforts to drive expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data collection requirements and performance targets.
- Actively manage compliments, complaints, and feedback.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in aged care or a related discipline.
- Solid knowledge of the industry, including accreditation processes.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Willingness to travel and participate in on-call duties.
