Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing new referrals for Medicare and partnership programs, providing excellent customer service skills and having a friendly and empathetic attitude.

">The Mental Health Service Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Contacting new clients, assessing their needs, and scheduling them with the appropriate clinician based on their requirements and availability.">
- Maintaining and executing a monthly call list for our partnership program, explaining service offerings to potential clients and ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.">
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and coordination with clinicians as needed.">
- Serving as the primary point of contact for new referrals and clients, providing clear and professional communication.">
- Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times and understanding privacy policies.">
Requirements

- Experience working with Medicare clients in a mental health setting.">
- Understanding of Medicare Services and billing codes.">
- Comfortable reading and reviewing sensitive information.">
