Pacific Region Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a technology expert to support our team in creating seamless onboarding experiences for our partners in the Pacific region.

This role will work closely with our internal technology teams and customers, ensuring that our SaaS solutions can be fully leveraged by our customers.

The successful candidate will have experience working with technology and support teams both internally and externally.

  • Expertise in MDM and onboarding solutions is essential.
  • Managing all aspects of RKI functions for local deployment of keys from our Singapore infrastructure.
  • Providing clear and effective support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Guiding users through solutions with detailed instructions to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Documenting requirements for new projects and owning deliverables from our global teams.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all aspects of platforms, application management, and organization.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and/or 5+ years of experience in the technology space, preferably in Mobile Device Management systems, Terminal Management Systems, or business-targeted technology solutions.

Candidates must also have experience automating customer onboarding and connecting technology systems, knowledge of Android operating systems, payments markets, and large institutional customers.

Candidates must be able to work independently, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
