Technology Expert for Pacific Region Onboarding
We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team in creating seamless onboarding workflows for partners in the Pacific region, covering Australia and New Zealand.
This role will work with internal technology teams and customers to ensure SaaS solutions and enterprise deployments reach maximum potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Local expert on Mobile Device Management (MDM) and onboarding solutions.
Manage all aspects of Remote Key Infrastructure (RKI) functions for local deployment of keys from Singapore infrastructure.
Provide clear and effective support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Guide users through solutions with detailed instructions, ensuring a smooth experience.
Document requirements for new projects and own deliverables from global teams.
Operate as key point of contact for platforms, application management, and organisation.
Customer Project Leadership:
Work with customers on projects and assist in coordinating internal and external activities.
Work with operations teams to ensure upcoming products work within our market and new devices operate without additional changes.
Work with customers to capture requirements for their products and services.
Product Training and Subject Matter Expertise:
Provide training to customers on our solutions.
Provide demonstrations to prospective customers as part of the sales process.
Guide customers through our SaaS services lifecycle.
Qualifications and attributes:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field and/or 5+ years of experience in technology space, ideally in Mobile Device Management systems, Terminal Management Systems, or business targeted technology solutions.
Experience in automating customer onboarding and connecting technology systems.
Knowledge of Android operating system.
Knowledge of payments market is highly preferred.
Experience working with large institutional customers and large projects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A self-starter comfortable in working as sole charge within a small team.
Be comfortable working in fast-paced environment.
