Pacific Region Onboarding Workflow Coordinator

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to support the creation of seamless onboarding workflows for partners in the Pacific region. This role involves managing Remote Key Infrastructure (RKI) functions for local deployment of keys from Singapore infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of RKI functions for local deployment of keys from Singapore infrastructure.
- Provide clear and effective support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Document requirements for new projects and own deliverables from global teams.
- Work with customers on projects and assist in coordinating internal and external activities.
- Work with operations teams to ensure upcoming products work within our market and new devices operate without additional changes.
- Provide training to customers on our solutions.
- Provide demonstrations to prospective customers as part of the sales process.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field and/or possess 5+ years of experience in the technology space, ideally in Mobile Device Management systems, Terminal Management Systems, or business-targeted technology solutions.
