Homelessness Support Program Lead

Job Description: This is a leadership role that oversees the delivery of high-quality, effective services to promote social inclusion and human rights for individuals experiencing homelessness.
">About the Role: As Lead, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of Case Workers who provide relationship-based support to clients. You will work with a strong background in case management and an extensive understanding of the homelessness service system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to express ideas clearly, listen effectively, and provide feedback constructively.
]Key Responsibilities: In this position, you will oversee service delivery, lead and coach your team, and drive continuous improvement focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. You will also ensure the promotion of social inclusion, human rights, participation, and consumer choice.
]Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need well-developed interpersonal skills, a relevant degree with experience in social work or community services, and/or equivalent qualifications. Demonstrated experience in leading a team and working within the community care sector are desirable. A current Working with Children Check is also required.
