Senior Fraud Prevention Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our fraud and transaction monitoring product. This individual will be responsible for owning the vision, strategy, and execution of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, best-in-class solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong product expertise, combined with deep domain knowledge in fraud detection and transaction monitoring. They will be able to work effectively with data teams and stakeholders to build solutions that meet business needs.

• Own and deliver the roadmap for fraud and transaction monitoring, aligned with our broader product vision.
• Lead your squad to ship high-quality solutions across onboarding, login, and ongoing monitoring.
• Build and enhance capabilities in real-time fraud detection, rule engines, monitoring workflows, alerts, case management, and reporting.
• Ensure seamless orchestration between onboarding, dynamic risk scoring, and ongoing monitoring, creating a single risk grade across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the data team to leverage analytics and intelligence into fraud detection and monitoring workflows.
• Define and track KPIs for fraud prevention, customer experience, and compliance outcomes.
• Engage with customers, regulators, and partners to identify new fraud patterns and evolving threats, embedding them into our solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 6+ years in product management or domain roles focused on fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, AML/CTF, or risk management.
• Experience either at a fraud or transaction monitoring vendor or RegTech provider (building or operating fraud solutions), or as a subject matter expert in fraud or risk within a financial services or fintech organisation.
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies, AML regulations, and transaction monitoring frameworks.
• Track record delivering scalable fraud or monitoring products, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or RegTech.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and fraud tooling, with the ability to work closely with engineering and data teams.
• Customer empathy and consultative approach, comfortable engaging with compliance officers, fraud teams, and regulators.
• Commercial awareness of how fraud and monitoring impact onboarding conversion, customer trust, and operational efficiency.
