Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the vision, strategy and execution of fraud and monitoring products. This role plays a central part in our platform ensuring we protect customers and enterprises against various fraud types while delivering a seamless end-customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and delivering the roadmap for fraud and transaction monitoring aligned with our broader product vision.
  • Leading the team to develop high-quality solutions across onboarding, login and ongoing monitoring.
  • Building and enhancing capabilities in real-time fraud detection, rule engines, monitoring workflows, alerts, case management and reporting.
  • Ensuring seamless orchestration between onboarding, dynamic risk scoring and ongoing monitoring creating a single risk grade across the lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with the data team to leverage analytics and intelligence into fraud detection and monitoring workflows.
  • Defining and tracking KPIs for fraud prevention customer experience and compliance outcomes.
  • Engaging with customers regulators and partners to identify new fraud patterns and evolving threats embedding them into our solutions.

This role requires strong product expertise combined with deep domain knowledge in fraud detection and transaction monitoring. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in product management or domain roles focused on fraud prevention transaction monitoring AML/CTF or risk management.
