Key Job Description:

This role involves leading the vision, strategy, and execution of fraud and monitoring products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for fraud and transaction monitoring, aligned with the company's broader product vision.
  • Oversee a dedicated team to deliver high-quality solutions across onboarding, login, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Enhance capabilities in real-time fraud detection, rule engines, monitoring workflows, alerts, case management, and reporting.
  • Ensure seamless orchestration between onboarding, dynamic risk scoring, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the data team to leverage analytics and intelligence into fraud detection and monitoring workflows.
  • Define and track KPIs for fraud prevention, customer experience, and compliance outcomes.
  • Engage with customers, regulators, and partners to identify new fraud patterns and evolving threats.

  • Account takeover
  • Identity theft and synthetic identity
  • First-party fraud
  • Payment fraud
  • Friendly fraud and chargebacks
  • Application fraud (false or multiple identities)
  • Money mule detection
  • Social engineering scams
  • Behavioural anomalies (suspicious login, unusual patterns)
  • Transaction laundering

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in product management or domain roles focused on fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, AML/CTF, or risk management.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and fraud tooling.
  • Customer empathy and consultative approach.
  • Commercial awareness of how fraud and monitoring impact onboarding conversion, customer trust, and operational efficiency.
