Expert Community Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Mental Health Nurse to provide expert care to clients in the Kimberley region.
As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and communities to deliver culturally secure mental health services that promote emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and support individuals in achieving their recovery goals.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Proven experience in community-based mental health nursing practice, with a focus on recovery approaches.
- Advanced knowledge of complex mental health conditions and ability to apply this expertise in a fast-paced community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
