Clinical Nurse Specialist

Delivering exceptional patient-centered care is a cornerstone of this role. As a clinical nurse specialist in mental health, you will be part of a collaborative team working to provide holistic support for individuals with mental health challenges.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing effective care plans that address the unique needs of patients
  2. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  3. Providing education and support to patients and their families on mental health management

This role requires extensive experience in mental health case management, as well as eligibility to practice as a Designated Mental Health Practitioner under the Northern Territory Mental Health and Related Services Act 1998.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
