As a Disability Support Professional, you will be working in a dynamic day program providing individualized support to customers. The role is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering person-centered care and making a positive impact in the community.

The salary for this position is $33.42 per hour, plus superannuation and salary packaging options. This provides an attractive remuneration package that can help boost your take-home pay.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a team environment, developing positive relationships with customers and supporting their care plans. You will be responsible for implementing and reviewing Individual Program Plans, recording customer progress, and facilitating program activities and workshops.

You will also have the chance to empower customers to participate in decision-making about their program and service. Your excellent communication skills and ability to establish effective relationships with customers will be essential in this role.

  • Valid working rights
  • A current Driver's Licence and confidence to drive an accessible van
  • NSW Working with Children Check NSW
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Health Assessment
