About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Educational Support Professionals to join our team in providing administrative support to our section.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, including managing correspondence, maintaining databases, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with members;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases;
  • Assisting with the compilation and distribution of information materials;
  • Coordinating meetings and events;
  • Performing other related duties as required.
About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite and database applications;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Experience in drafting and compiling information for correspondence;
  • Positive attitude to unionism and commitment to the values of the NSW Teachers Federation.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
