The Precinct Operations and Maintenance Manager role involves overseeing the maintenance and operation of critical infrastructure, including defence systems such as the Space Surveillance Telescope. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to manage resources, reporting, and deliverables. Ensuring quality standards are maintained is also crucial. The successful candidate will have experience supervising a team with various trade professions, advanced knowledge of maintenance management, and technical/trade background. A Diploma in Information Technology or related field is essential. Leadership & Management skills are also required. Candidates must be eligible for a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance.

Main Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional teams to manage resources, reporting, and deliverables.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of critical infrastructure.

Required Skills
• Experience supervising a team with various trade professions.
• Advanced knowledge of maintenance management with a technical/trade background.
• Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Diploma in Leadership & Management or equivalent.
• Minimum four years prior relevant experience.
• Previous experience in executing improvements to processes, systems, or products.
