Defence Infrastructure Operations Manager

Join a diverse and talented team as a Precinct Operations Manager, responsible for the maintenance and operations of critical defence infrastructure. This is a challenging opportunity to lead an expert team in a cross-functional environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience supervising a team consisting of various trade professions, with advanced knowledge of maintenance management and a technical/trade background. They will also require a Diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Engineering in a related discipline, and a Diploma in Leadership & Management, or equivalent.
Key responsibilities include leading and collaborating within a cross-functional environment to manage budget, resources, reporting, and deliverables, ensuring Quality & EH&S standards are built and maintained in alignment with company policies, and practicing excellent stakeholder management to maintain effective relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience supervising a team consisting of various trade professions
- Advanced knowledge of maintenance management with a technical/trade background
- Diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Engineering in a related discipline
- Diploma in Leadership & Management, or equivalent
