Job Description:
As a Contracts Manager, you will lead the administration of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising contract terms and conditions in accordance with company policies.
Provide commercial support to the project throughout the project delivery cycle to ensure all contractual notices and deadlines are met.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to support smooth project delivery and act as the main point of contact for subcontract variations, ensuring clear and consistent communication between all parties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering, law, or a related field.
- Solid experience in contract law, procurement processes, and risk management principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Defence procurement processes, contract frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- An ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.
- A decisive leadership style with an ability to pivot and be agile when required.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
