A prestigious opportunity has arisen to join a team delivering the Airfield Works package as part of the upgrade of the airfield on Cocos (Keeling) Islands (CKI). Located 3,000km north-west of Perth in the Indian Ocean, CKI boasts two coral atolls comprising of 27 smaller islands.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising contract terms and conditions in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide commercial support to the project throughout the delivery cycle to ensure all contractual notices and deadlines are met.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to support smooth project delivery and act as the main point of contact for subcontract variations, ensuring clear communication between all parties.
  • Monitor project financial performance and advise on opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's interests and minimise potential impacts.
