The Roster Planner plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the design of our national rosters to ensure optimal availability of skilled professionals who support our operations.

Job Description

Leading the way in roster design, you will work closely with the National Operations Coordination Team (NOCT) on:

  • Ensuring operational resources are available while maintaining staff safety and well-being.
  • Monitoring and planning for longer term operational capacity and competency requirements across the organization.
  • Coordinating national rostering in liaison with operations team leads for routine, seasonal, event, and incident management rosters.

As the Roster Planner, you are responsible for designing fit-for-purpose rosters that provide shift patterns meeting business needs while prioritizing fatigue management.

Key skills required include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, rostering software expertise, and proficiency in project management tools.

This role demands effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
