Workforce Planner – Truganina DC, at Hanesbrands Australasia (home to Bonds, Sheridan, Bras N Things and more), we're looking for a Workforce Planner to join our Distribution Centre in Truganina. This role is all about making sure the right people are in the right place, at the right time — keeping our DC running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do
  • Forecast labour needs and build efficient rosters.
  • Manage workforce planning systems and processes.
  • Analyse workforce data and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Work with operations, HR, and agency partners to meet staffing requirements.
  • Provide solutions for daily workforce challenges like absenteeism or peak periods.
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years' experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
  • Skills in rostering, forecasting, or workforce planning.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills (Dayforce experience a bonus).
  • Great communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
