Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Forecasting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels across the business.

  • Take ownership of the demand forecast which supports the wider Supply Chain function to meet market demand.
  • Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process within demand planning.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on forecast accuracy and demand trends.
  • Work closely with product managers to ensure product life cycle and status is maintained.
  • Reconcile variances and refine forecast models, understanding demand forecast drivers.
  • Identify potential supply chain risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.
  • Continuously identify areas for process and system improvement, Collaborate on new product launches and range review.
